Dorian Friedman and Peggy Walton have joined Corporate Voices for Working Families in key positions as part of our workforce readiness team. Dorian will lead our public policy work, and Peggy will lead our business engagement efforts.

Both bring a wealth of management, policy, legislative affairs, development and communications experience to these positions.

Dorian most recently was Director, External Relations at The American Prospect magazine. Previously she was a senior staffer for the Welfare to Work Partnership. And she is no stranger to Corporate Voices. As a freelance consultant and writer, Dorian helped write our policy positions on workforce readiness.

Peggy most recently was with the National Association of Manufacturers, serving as Director, National Center for the American Workforce.  And her career background includes experience in business management and in education involving community colleges and adult education programs and community partnerships.

Publications, research studies and toolkits on a host of other workforce readiness, flexibility, family economic stability, and work and family balance issues are also available on the Corporate Voices Web site.
